Refund policy

At Teaser, we stand behind the quality of our products. Because each piece is made with care and inspected before shipping, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. 

If you do happen to get accepted for a return, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at teaserteaser00@gmail.com if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right. If eligible, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

• Items without damage or defect

• Sale items or gift cards

• Any item not in its original condition

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

European Union 14 day cooling off period 
If your order is being shipped to the EU, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days under the EU consumer protection laws. The item must be in unused, original condition with all tags and packaging.
